Gwendolyn Ann Henderson (Majors) 71, passed away on April 22, 2013, at the home of her daughter Bobbie Jean Jones of Grandview, MO.

Ann was born February 1, 1942 to Margaret Aletia Majors and Leroy Majors, Sr. in Joplin MO.  She was a resident of Joplin, MO for many years and attended Joplin School District.  Later she moved with her husband, Thomas who preceded her in death, to Coffeyville, KS.

Ann was a member of the Sardis Baptist Church in Coffeyville KS.  She enjoyed watching an array of television shows along with reading and hanging out with Scotty, her always hungry dog.  She had a life-long passion for collecting antiques.

Ann is survived by her three children;  Mrs. Bobbie Jones of Grandview, MO;  Michael Landis (Candace) of Austin TX;  and Aaron Lang, Jr. (Doris) of Merryville IL.  She also has four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  Ann is also survived by her sister, Peggy Cooper (Bruce) of Fullerton CA; a brother Edgar Majors, Jr of Tulsa OK, and one sister-in-law Jesetta Majors of Joplin MO.

Visitation was held Friday, May 3, 2013 at 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. at Mission Funeral Services, 502 Union Street in Coffeyville KS

Services were Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Sardis First Missionary Baptist Church, 414 E. 2nd St. with Rev. Vigil Horn officiating.

Interment was at Restlawn Cemetery following the services.
